Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is also known as wulong or wu-long tea, and is most often served in Chinese restaurants. Oolong tea is intentionally bruised after being picked, its leaves are then dried  and then undergo fermentation; the tea leaves are pan fired. Oolong is a fragrant tea with a fruity flavor, and a pleasant aroma.

How to Make the Perfect Cup 🙂

The right infusing temperature is 195º degrees, and its steeping time is about 3 minutes.
